Helping Stroke Survivors Return to Exercise Safely
Stroke recovery, AFib and fitness guidance from someone who’s been there. Regain confidence, rebuild strength and move forward safely.
From Stroke to Strength
After my stroke, everything changed. Like many people, I felt unsure what was safe, frustrated with my body and unsure how to rebuild confidence.
Alongside stroke recovery, I also had to learn how to manage AFib and understand my body in a completely different way.
Over time, I stopped trying to go back to how things were before and started learning how to move forward differently. Now, I feel stronger, more in control and more aware of my limits than ever.
